Ryanair cancelled flights: Are passengers entitled to compensation for their flight?

RYANAIR has cancelled upwards of 600 flights next week as cabin crew members are due to strike on 25 and 26 July. Yet for passengers who are affected, are they entitled to flight compensation?

Ryanair’s cancelled flights will affect nearly 50,000 passengers next week who are attempting to go on holiday.

Spain, Belgium and Portugal will be hit the worst with flights to and from the destinations facing disruption.

Ryanair confirmed that passengers who will be affected by the strike have been informed via text or email.
