Auckland flight turned around and police requested for 'passenger issue'


A flight from Auckland to Santiago has had to turn around only an hour into its 11 hour journey over a "passenger issue".

Airways spokeswoman Emma Lee confirmed LATAM Chile flight LA800 turned back about 750 kilometres out of New Zealand.
